At the Shoot

Someone should be present to assist the photographer in moving items that may be obstructing shots and to provide suggestions for elements of the property that should be highlighted. Please note that moving items does not mean making beds or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property staging completed prior to the photo shoot. All properties will be shot "As Is."

After the Shoot

Once the images have been taken, the agent must supply the photographer with the MLS # for each listing. The photographer will edit the images to optimize the quality and upload them to the agency by 12:00 pm the next weekday or within 24 hours of the photo shoot, unless otherwise specified.  The images will be labeled with the property address and room designation.

Cancellation, No-Show and Inclement Weather Policy

If cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum 24 hours notice or the agent will responsible for any costs incurred. The same policy holds for being late beyond 30 minutes. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling and another order for the property must be placed in the ordering system. In the event of inclement weather, which prevents exterior photography from being performed, a pick up shoot of the property exterior will be scheduled at the earliest available time.

Rights and Usage

All images produced for the agents may be used by them for any and all marketing material associated with the property or the agent's self promotion, and by the agent's parent company for any and all marketing campaigns. However, the copyright of the images legally resides with the photographer. Any usage of the images by a third party (outside architect, builder, stager, design firm, etc. for purposes of their own self promotion) is strictly prohibited unless approved by the photographer and may be subject to an additional fee.

Vantage Point Photography in no way accepts liability for any loss or damage caused by taking action as a result of material viewed on or sourced from this website. Vantage Point Photography in no way accepts liability for modifications to photos after delivery of photos.

Vantage Point Photography holds the copyright to this website and all images contained within. You are not permitted to make copies of this website or images, reproduce or alter this website or images for any purpose whatsoever without the express written consent of the photographer.

Vantage Point Photography reserves the rights to use photos, and property videos taken for advertising and promotion.

Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via cheque, direct deposit or bank online email transfers and is due upon receipt of the invoice.
